Gentleash Leash Development, Testing and Internationalization Project

Gentleash is a dog leash that utilizes a patented continuously adjustable braking mechanism. It reduces the sudden strain caused by pulling, improving walking safety and comfort for both the dog and the handler. In the previous two development phases, the functionality of the braking mechanism was solved, the product’s design was developed, and production-level prototypes were created.

In the third phase of the project, external product testing will be carried out, and based on the findings, the product development will be finalized. In addition, a new functional feature will be patented. The project includes packaging design, the identification and implementation of necessary system integrations (e.g., e-commerce and ERP), as well as international market research and participation in trade fairs to strengthen export readiness. The company will also invest in in-house testing equipment, enabling continuous quality control and further development of future product versions under the company’s own management.
