Terms of Delivery
Online Store
Gentleash Oy (Business ID: 3146878-1) sells products to consumers in Finland and within the EU. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery fees at any time.
Ordering
Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the payment at checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact details collected during the order process are used only for delivery and to resolve any issues related to the order, unless otherwise stated.
Payment Methods
You can pay safely using the following payment methods:
Online banking payments (via Paytrail): Supported banks include OP, Nordea, Danske Bank, S-Pankki, POP Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, and Handelsbanken.
Payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard (via Shopify Payments).
MobilePay andApple Pay (via Shopify Payments, if activated).
PayPal: Payment available via PayPal account or with a card through PayPal.
The payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient on your bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. For any complaints, please contact the product supplier directly.

Additionally, payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments (Stripe) and PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping methods and related costs are displayed in the shopping cart before confirming the order. Products are delivered directly to the customer (e.g., via Posti, Matkahuolto, or another logistics partner). Standard delivery time within Finland is 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Return Policy
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the delivery. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to charge a 10% handling fee for returns.
Products that are non-returnable (e.g., hygiene products or custom-made items) are marked as such on the product page.
Exercising the Right of Cancellation
A cancellation notice must be made clearly, for example, by email to: contact@gentleash.com.
When returning an order, please include your name, contact details, and order number.
Problem Situations
If a product is lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact our customer service immediately at contact@gentleash.com.
Incorrect deliveries must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
